Vape On Main delivers locally from our store at 5819 132 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5A 0J1, and offers free in-store pickup. We do not ship across Canada or internationally.
Delivery Area
We deliver to every Edmonton postal code (T5 and T6) and to St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Ardrossan, Fort Saskatchewan, Beaumont, Spruce Grove, Morinville and parts of Sturgeon County and Parkland County. Your delivery zone is set by the first three characters of your postal code. The full list of areas is on our delivery page. If your address is outside every delivery zone, checkout offers free in-store pickup only.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fee depends on your postal code and is shown in the cart before you pay. Fees are before GST.
- $8 — postal codes starting T5A, T5B, T5C
- $12 — T5E, T5G, T5H, T5J, T5K, T5W, T5X, T5Z, T6A, T6S
- $20 — T5L, T5M, T5N, T5P, T5R, T5S, T5V, T5Y, T6B, T6C, T6E, T6G, T6H, T6K, T6L, T6N, T6P, T6T, T6V, T8H, T8N
- $30 — T4X, T5T, T6J, T6M, T6R, T6W, T6X, T6Y, T7X, T7Y, T8A, T8B, T8C, T8E, T8G, T8L, T8R, T8T
Hours, Delivery Times & Last Call
We’re open 10 AM to 2 AM, every day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 hours from when your payment arrives. Last call for delivery is 1 AM. Orders placed after 1 AM go out the next day, once we open at 10 AM.
Payment Before Dispatch
Online orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer only. Send your order total to vapeonmainyeg@gmail.com with your order number in the message. Your order is prepared once the payment arrives, and it is not dispatched before then. We do not accept card payments for online orders.
How Deliveries Are Made
Local deliveries are dispatched through Uber Direct and carried by an Uber Direct courier from our store to your door.
Age & ID Verification
You must be 18 or older. At delivery, the person named on the order must be present and show valid government-issued photo ID, and the name on the ID must match the name on the order. The same ID is required at in-store pickup. The full requirements are in Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
Failed or Refused Delivery
If nobody is at the address, or the ID check cannot be completed, the order is returned to our store. As set out in Section 6 of our Refund Policy, the delivery fee and product cost are non-refundable, and you may pick the order up in store with valid matching ID within 7 days.
In-Store Pickup
Choose In-store pickup (5819 132 Ave NW) at checkout. Pickup is free and available during store hours, 10 AM to 2 AM daily. Bring valid government-issued photo ID that matches the order name.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, order volume, weather, traffic, courier availability, and other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date through our contact page. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Vape on Main is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional delivery fees may apply to re-send orders returned due to an incorrect address.
