Shipping Destinations
We ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — 5–10 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
- Expedited Shipping — 2–4 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
- Free Shipping — available on orders over a qualifying threshold (as shown at checkout)
Local Delivery (Edmonton)
We offer local delivery within our Edmonton-area zone at a $10 flat rate (final rate confirmed at checkout). Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4 PM. Valid government-issued photo ID matching the order name is required at the door, and the recipient must be 18 or older.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and other factors outside of our control. Vape on Main is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, Canada Post, or courier services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
Signature Required
As a tobacco and vaping product retailer, some orders may require an adult signature upon delivery to comply with age verification requirements.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date through our contact page. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Vape on Main is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship orders returned due to an incorrect address.
